Small-batch brews poured alongside sourdough loaves, flaky pastries, and seasonal specials — all made in-house at our Dog Leg Court bakery and brewpub.
Dogberry Brewing started as a weekend experiment in a garage off Dog Leg Court — two friends, a starter culture, and a secondhand brew kettle. What grew from that kitchen became a neighborhood staple where bread and beer share the same counter.
"We don't rush fermentation. We don't cut corners on flour. Good things arrive when you stop treating speed like a virtue."
Today every loaf is built on a 48-hour cold ferment. Every batch of beer passes through our own brewhouse before it reaches your glass. Our space stays intentionally small so nothing gets lost in scale.
Everything produced in small batches, nothing imported, nothing rushed.
A space designed for lingering — where the smell of baking bread meets the quiet hum of fermentation tanks.
Our bakers arrive before sunrise. Every loaf, roll, and pastry is shaped, proofed, and baked before the doors open — never day-old, never reheated.
Our brewhouse sits visible behind the bar. Watch the mash, taste the difference that proximity makes between batch-brewed and truly fresh.
Our offerings shift with the Ohio calendar — summer fruit tarts, winter spiced loaves, hop varieties that turn with the harvest. Something new every visit.
We source our flour, dairy, and produce from Kentucky and Ohio farms. Our cheese boards rotate with regional makers who share our standards.
Thirty seats, two counters, one open kitchen. We keep it small so every guest gets attention and every corner feels like a regular's table.
Weekly tastings, bread-making workshops, and pairing dinners. Check our board or ask at the counter — we host something every week.
